• Customers are advised to carefully read all deal details, inclusions, exclusions, validity, and usage conditions before making a purchase.

3. Hotel Booking Terms

• For hotel stay bookings, customers must inform Dekho Deals between 7 to 15 days in advance.
• All hotel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotel partner.
• Dekho Deals does not guarantee room availability on specific dates, including peak seasons or weekends.
• All room stay offers and certificates are valid only as stated on the booklet or certificate and are subject to the partner hotel’s policies.
  

4. Validity of Booklets and Deals

• Booklet deals are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• Booklet deals and vouchers are not valid on national holidays or blackout dates, as defined by the partner.
• Expiry of vouchers or deals after the validity period does not entitle the customer to any refund, extension, or compensation.
  

5. Usage of Coupons & Certificates

• All coupons and gift certificates are valid for dine-in only.
• Home delivery and takeaway are not permitted under any Dekho Deals offer.
• Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotional offer, or advertised special.
• Only one customer ID will be entertained per visit, per table, and per transaction.
• Misuse or violation of coupon terms may result in rejection by the partner.
  

6. Partner Responsibility

• All services such as hotel stays, dining, food quality, service experience, and amenities are the sole responsibility of the partner.
• Dekho Deals is not responsible for service delays, changes, cancellations, or quality issues caused by partner establishments.
• Any disputes related to service delivery must be addressed directly with the partner, with Dekho Deals offering reasonable assistance where possible.
  

7. No Refund Policy

• All payments made to Dekho Deals are strictly non-refundable.
• Lost, damaged, expired, or unused vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
• Cancellations due to personal reasons, emergencies, or change of plans are non-refundable.
• By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to the non-refundable policy of Dekho Deals.
